EULA — Saral Apps

⚠️ Software install karne ya use karne se pehle yeh agreement dhyan se padho. Install karne ka matlab hai ki aap yeh agreement accept karte hain. Agar accept nahi karte toh software use mat karo aur refund ke liye contact karo.

1. Parties (Kaun Kaun Hai)

Licensor (Developer): Saral Apps, India

Licensee (Aap): Woh vyakti jisne software kharida — sirf aap, koi aur nahi

2. License Grant — Kya Permission Dete Hain

Aapko milti hai ek limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license:

✅ Aap Yeh Kar Sakte Hain

Software ko ek PC par install aur run karna
Apne personal ya professional office kaam ke liye use karna
Software se banaye documents, reports, PDFs print/share karna
Backup copy rakhna — sirf apne liye

❌ Aap Yeh Nahi Kar Sakte

Software ya license key kisi aur ko dena, bechna, ya share karna
Software ko ek se zyada PC par install karna (ek license = ek PC)
Software ko reverse engineer, decompile ya disassemble karna
Source code nikalne ki koshish karna
Software mein se copyright notices ya branding remove karna
Software ko modify karke derivative works banana
Software ko sublicense karna
Software ka use kisi illegal activity ke liye karna
License expire hone ke baad software continue use karna

3. License Validity aur Activation

Expiry ke baad	Software chal sakta hai lekin updates aur support band — renew karo
Renewal discount	30% off original price par

4. Updates aur New Versions

License validity ke dauran sabhi updates free milenge
Major new version (e.g., v9 → v10) ke liye upgrade price lag sakta hai
Bug fixes aur minor updates hamesha free hote hain license period mein

5. Intellectual Property

Software, iska code, design, UI, aur sabhi elements Saral Apps ki exclusive property hain. Aapko sirf use karne ka limited right milta hai — ownership kabhi transfer nahi hoti.

6. License Termination (Kab Band Hogi)

License turant terminate ho sakti hai agar:

Aapne is agreement ki koi bhi condition violate ki
Aapne license key share ki ya software redistribute kiya
Reverse engineering ki koshish ki

Termination hone par aapko software turant uninstall karna hoga. Koi refund nahi milega violation ke case mein.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Software "as is" provide kiya jaata hai. Hum guarantee nahi karte ki:

Software error-free hoga
Software aapke specific hardware par chalega
Software uninterrupted chalega

Isliye purchase se pehle system requirements check karo. Doubt ho toh email karo.

8. Limitation of Liability

Saral Apps ki maximum liability purchase price (jo aapne pay ki) se zyada nahi hogi. Hum zimmedar nahi hain:

Data loss ke liye — regular backup apni zimmedari hai
Business loss ya missed revenue ke liye
Third-party software/hardware incompatibility ke liye

9. Governing Law

Yeh agreement India ke kanoon ke under governed hai. Disputes ke liye Indian court ka jurisdiction hoga.

10. Poora Agreement

Yeh EULA, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, aur Refund Policy milke poora agreement banate hain aapke aur Saral Apps ke beech.
