Yeh Razorpay/bank automatically handle karta hai — humse contact karne ki zaroorat nahi. Amount 5-7 business days mein wapas bank account mein aa jaata hai. Agar 7 din ke baad bhi nahi aaya toh apne bank se contact karo, ya humse Razorpay Payment ID ke saath batao.

Agar aap bank se chargeback raise karte hain bina humse contact kiye, toh hum Razorpay ko saare documents provide karenge. Hamare paas purchase records, license delivery proof, aur email logs hain. Dispute mein humara paas strong case hoga.
